UnsubscribeAnhengCapability

Submit an unsubscribe task. Platform-admin remains in fixed global scope and the BFF must supply that caller's global Cloud session; project-admin scope comes from exactly one Enabled Project. ZCF intentionally does not introspect session owner or login scope. The frontend does not send ProjectID; the session is never logged, audited, persisted, or returned in errors.
