UploadAnhengSecurityImage

Register an existing Depot package as an AH image artifact. The frontend only provides depotImageUrl. ZCF parses a sanitized Depot package reference, downloads the package manifest, then derives imageName, arch, capabilityCode and VM image payload metadata from the manifest.
